Local clinical teams · statewide telehealth

Online GLP‑1 providers, ranked state by state

Find clinics rooted in your state—not just national checkout pages that happen to accept your ZIP code. Each report checks the clinical team, statewide access, total cost, medication and pharmacy path, follow-up, and terms.

State reports

Compare care that is licensed where you are.

Telehealth happens where the patient is located. These reports begin with clinics based in the named state and verify statewide access before any clinic can enter the ranking.

What the labels mean

A provider can serve a state without being based there.

We make that difference visible. Local presence can improve access to in-person care, labs, and a named state clinical team, but it never replaces the full evidence score.

Ranked here

State-based + statewide

A verifiable clinical practice in the state, an active state-authorized prescriber, and online GLP-1 care available to eligible adults across the state.

Separate context

Multistate service

A national or regional program with clinicians able to treat residents in the state. It may be available, but it is not presented as a local clinic.

Local only

Metro or office coverage

A clinic serving selected cities, counties, or in-person patients. Useful locally, but not eligible for a statewide ranking unless statewide telehealth is documented.
