Online semaglutide providers: compounded options and prices
Direct answer: We ranked 11 online semaglutide providers offering compounded programs. Lavender Sky Health is first for pharmacy and formulation disclosure; its published $195 plan plus a $65 new-patient consult totals $260 for about 8–10 weeks where available.
Every offer on this page is for a compounded prescription—not an FDA-approved drug and not a generic. An online intake does not guarantee eligibility or a prescription.
Who this page is for
Cash-pay adults comparing the care behind an online offer.
Not every online semaglutide offer is compounded. This report intentionally narrows the field to readers looking at a cash-pay online compounded semaglutide program who need to compare the complete first payment, ongoing commitment, clinician access, and pharmacy disclosure.
If you want an FDA-approved semaglutide product or insurance authorization help, this is the wrong comparison. Start with a licensed clinician and your health plan rather than treating compounded and approved products as interchangeable.

True-cost math
“Per month” is not always the amount charged today.
A useful comparison begins with the amount required before the first shipment, then separates future clinical fees and renewal commitments. Dividing a package total by months can hide a large upfront payment.
Use the full provider checklist$104–$130 per four weeks for the initial 8–10-week cycle, including the first consult.
$133 per four weeks for the selected 12-week Nova/WhiteLabel path, billed upfront.
About $86 per four weeks for the three-month starter package; pharmacy, formulation, and state still matter.
The status that advertisements can blur
Compounded semaglutide is not approved, generic, or automatically available because a site lists it.
FDA says compounded drugs are not reviewed for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. It also tells telehealth companies not to describe a compounded drug as a generic version, “the same as” an approved drug, clinically proven to produce the same result, or sourced from an “FDA-approved” or “FDA-licensed” pharmacy. [3]
FDA declared the semaglutide injection shortage resolved in February 2025. In an April 2026 update, FDA said a 503A compounded product generally cannot be made regularly as an essentially identical copy of a commercially available drug unless the prescriber documents a change that produces a significant difference for an identified patient. FDA also said semaglutide was not on the drug-shortage list or 503B bulks list. [1]
What that means for this comparison: a provider's public offer is evidence of what it advertises—not proof that a particular formulation may be compounded or prescribed for you. Ask the clinician to document why the compounded preparation is being considered for your individual need.
Get the exact formulation.
Ask what the vial contains, including concentration and added ingredients. FDA says salt forms such as semaglutide sodium and semaglutide acetate are different active ingredients and says it is not aware of a lawful basis for their use in compounding. [2]
Verify the actual dispenser.
Ask for the pharmacy name, location, and state license before payment when possible. “FDA-registered” does not mean the finished prescription is FDA-approved. Use FDA's BeSafeRx guidance as a verification starting point. [4]
Match milligrams, concentration and syringe units.
FDA reports dosing errors involving compounded injectable semaglutide, including patients drawing up the wrong amount from multidose vials. Ask the prescriber or pharmacist to reconcile the written dose with the syringe. [2]
Ask how the full supply should be stored and used.
Package length alone does not answer this. Ask how many sealed vials are supplied and follow the label and pharmacist's after-opening instructions. FDA recommends discarding a multidose vial within 28 days after first use—even if medication remains and even if the compounder's instructions say it may be used longer—and says not to use injectable GLP-1 medication that arrives warm or inadequately refrigerated. [2]

Six answers worth getting in writing
Support staff can explain billing. Medication, dose, formulation, contraindications, and follow-up questions belong to a licensed clinician or pharmacist.

Why is a compounded preparation being considered?
Ask what patient-specific need is not met by an available FDA-approved drug and whether that determination will be documented.
- 03
What exactly is in the prescription?
Get the form, concentration, ingredients, total amount, beyond-use date, storage directions, and dose instructions.
- 04
Which pharmacy will prepare it?
Get the dispenser's legal name, physical location, state-license information, and contact route for formulation questions.
- 05

Online compounded semaglutide FAQ
Can you get compounded semaglutide online?
Some telehealth platforms publicly offer a clinician evaluation that may lead to an individual prescription for compounded semaglutide. Completing an intake or paying a consultation fee does not guarantee a prescription. The prescribing clinician and dispensing pharmacy must determine whether a compounded preparation is appropriate and permitted for the individual patient. [provider source][provider source][provider source][1]
Is compounded semaglutide FDA-approved?
No. FDA says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the agency for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. A pharmacy or outsourcing facility may be state-licensed or FDA-registered, but FDA says facilities should not be described as FDA-approved or FDA-licensed. [2][3]
Is compounded semaglutide a generic drug?
No. FDA specifically warns against describing a compounded drug as a generic version of, or the same as, an FDA-approved drug. Generic drugs go through FDA approval; compounded drugs do not. [3]
What does online compounded semaglutide cost without insurance?
In this September 4th, 2026 review, published entry offers range from a $119 one-month starter selection to $399 for a 12-week starter package, while other programs use monthly or prepaid multi-month terms. These are not like-for-like offers, and price does not establish quality, compliance, or medical suitability. [provider source][provider source][provider source][provider source][provider source]
Can I find compounded semaglutide online without a membership fee?
Yes. Several programs compared here publish a path without a separate membership fee, but the payment structures still differ: consultation fees, month-to-month plans, automatic renewals, and prepaid multi-month packages all appear. Compare cash due and the next charge, not only the monthly equivalent. [provider source][provider source][provider source][provider source][provider source][provider source]
What should I ask before paying an online provider?
Ask for the prescribing medical-group name, clinician visit format, exact compounded formulation, reason an FDA-approved drug does not meet your individual need, dispensing pharmacy name and location, total initial and renewal cost, follow-up route, state availability, and cancellation terms. [1][2][4]
How this page was built
One molecule, compared on the same buying questions.
We used current public pages published by the providers themselves for price, fee, care-path, and pharmacy claims. FDA pages control our descriptions of approval status, compounding policy, salt forms, and dosing concerns. We did not use testimonials, review stars, projected weight loss, or affiliate payouts to select or order providers.
Providers are ordered by the clarity of their current price, clinician path, pharmacy and formulation disclosure, state coverage, supply term, support, and renewal rules. The ranking does not score medical quality, safety, or expected weight loss.
